| Well, I checked this car out with the car fax with the dealer who serviced it, and it is in just as good of perfect shape as advertised. My experience buying this car makes me think of three words; integrity and honesty and trust. |

| I was looking for a first car for my daughter. We did the whole Bell Road trip and I was really discouraged that I could find an "honest" deal. Someone recommended Guy to me and everything went so smoothly. He even worked with my bank when they were not being so cooperative. I have since brought the car to my mechanic and have been told that I got a great car and a good deal for my daughter!! |

| I had recently gotten in an accident and needed a new car. I saw one I realy liked online. It was a red 2004 Hyundai Elantra with low mileage, and it looked great. It was late at night, and Guy let us come see the car and actually purchase it that night. The car was as even better as he said it would be. He was very helpful in the whole process and he is unlike any dealership out there. I would recommend Used Car Factory to everyone. |

| My wife and I were looking for an upgrade for my wife's car when we came across a 2005 Honda Accord Hybrid sedan advertised on Guy's website for under $10,000. I thought we would own a hybrid some day, but here was a chance to make it happen right away. We are both very glad we took that opportunity as we wound up with a GORGEOUS vehicle that was obviously very well taken care of inside and out. Even the undercarriage and engine compartment were immaculate! Guy even went the extra mile for us as he always does and somehow got the title, registration, and license plate into our hands in less than a week from the time we took the car. | I bought a beautiful 2001 Honda Accord EX coupe from Guy about a month ago. I could not be happier with my whole experience. I was looking for a great deal on a great car, and that's exactly what I found. I knew exactly what I was looking for and this one was by far the best one in town. The thing looks and drives like it's brand new. I was a little unsure about buying from an individual, but the fact that Guy is a licensed dealer and has all the stringent checks and conditioning methods of a full scale dealership really helped. Guy was a pleasure to work with and was very straight and honest with me through the whole process. He gave me a great price and he even gave me what I wanted for my trade-in, which honestly wasn't really worth much. I will definitely buy my next car from Guy. Plus, I've already referred a friend, and will continue to do so. Thanks Guy! |

I feel so fortunate to have found Guy and the Used Car Factory. I purchased a car from him 5 years ago and it's
still running great. When our daughter was ready for a
car, he had several good options from which to choose. Two years ago, my husband was in the market and I drove him right over to Guy's. Our son is on the lookout this week for a different vehicle and I have of course suggested UCF...quality cars at fair prices from one of the nicest people you'll ever do business with. | I just bought a 2007 Bandit 1250 from Guy without ever seeing it. He told me it was in incredible shape, and was an amazingbike. I have been looking for this bike where I live and none were even close to being this amazing. It was everything he said it was, and I am more than happy with the customer service provided. He was readily available at odds times to suit my schedule, and when it came time to the actual purchase, all paperwork was completed upon my arrival...less than 20 minutes door to door to drive out with my purchase! | I first called Guy, who was out of town for a few days, about his '05 Volkswagen beetle. He told me to call his wife Dixie and go and see the car when it was convenient. i went that same day to go see the car. i fell in love with it> i made arrangements to go and speak with Dixie the morning after i saw the car, when my family and myself sat down and talked with her it was like talking with a neighbor we hadn't seen in a while. it was great environment to talk business in with out being uptight and stuffy. I put a down payment on it and came and got it a couple days later when Guy came back in town. He reminded of a friend we know back her in mesa so it was still like talking with a neighbor. we saw pictures and played with the dogs a bit n then got to business.i paid for the car but being unable to drive it back with no license my dad drove it back. i tell ya what that was a smooth ride. we only had one thing go wrong. a temperature gauge or something I'm still a bit unsure of, but guy had my car towed and had it fixed right away. we went and got it back last Friday and Ive been enjoying every moment in my car since. thank you very much Guy and Dixie, you put regular dealers to shame when it comes to service. |

| I was putting off replacing my car because I didn't want to deal with the dealers. I had been searching for something that would catch my eye as perfect for me. I found that at The Car Factory, where I purchased my beautiful, immaculate '07 Camry. It is in perfect condition, just as Guy said it was. He was a delight to "deal" with and I felt absolutely no pressure. I really appreciated how he handled everything for me right then and there, and never lost patience with some of my questions. He always seems in a good mood and was more than helpful the many times I called him for information after the purchase, even when I interrupted him when he was out to dinner with his family. | My husband and I searched for over 4 months for that perfect used Dodge Ram pickup. It's a daunting task, going from lot to lot, vehicle to vehicle, going thru the same routine over and over; never being satisfied with what's available for the price you want to spend. After too many unhappy visits at well known dealer lots in the valley, we found ourselves exhausted, frustrated and overwhelmed with the constant approaching of sales people trying to sell us their perfect deal. Unfortunately, their perfect deal was nothing at all like our perfect deal, so the hunt continued. We took a couple days off, due to complete frustration, and decided to let our fingers do the walking on Craigslist. After all, we only wanted a fairly late model vehicle with low mileage, well maintained and in excellent condition, inside and out, as well as one that was in our price range. The first day on Craigslist, we found THE USED CAR FACTORY, owned and operated by Guy Kobey. Much to our delight, Guy had several of those perfect vehicles for sale. We drove to where the Dodge was located, test drove it, inspected it and purchased it. Guy made the entire process SO EASY and a lot of fun! We have never been more satisfied with a sales approach as we are with Guys' honest sense of integrity. Thank you Guy for selling a high quality used vehicle and making it as much fun as you did. | I'm happy to write a testimonial about my experience in buying a used car from Guy Kobey. The 2001 Toyota Camry that I purchased was immaculate. I looked at the other cars that were for sale and they were equally in excellent condition. Guy is very easy to purchase a car from. He is low keyed in his approach. He is interested that the buyer gets what he is looking for at a reasonable price. I have never purchased a used car as clean as this one. When I am ready to buy again, I'll rely on Guy to find the right car for me.
